Chinchón Anis

Anis liqueur has been produced in Chinchón for many years and was, in 1989, awarded the Geographical Denomenation of Chinchón.

Chinchón anisette is produced using time-honored craftsmanship dating back to the 17th century, and with only the most natural ingredients of extremely high quality.

Three types are produced, the sweet anis is 35º proof, the dry anis is 43º proof and the spacial dry is 74º proof
